Kevin Farrell possesses extensive professional experience in higher education and marketing, equipping him to develop strategies for establishing and strengthening relationships between the University and its student body. His work presents significant opportunities to advance the University’s mission and outreach through the student experience.

In his current role as Associate Vice President for the Student Experience, Farrell oversees the administration of a comprehensive student engagement program, aimed at enhancing the integration of students’ academic and extracurricular learning experiences. He supervises the Office of Military and Veteran Services, working to strengthen the relationships °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±¼Ç¼×ÊÁÏ has with veteran students and families. Farrell also oversees the University's student conduct and community standards area, the CARE team, and works closely with colleagues to ensure crisis management and safety are of a top priority for the campus. From orientation to graduation, Farrell's main focus is the success of our °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±¼Ç¼×ÊÁÏ Pacers.

Previously he held the positions of Director of Alumni Engagement at °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±¼Ç¼×ÊÁÏ, Director of Student Center Services and Assistant Director of Student Activities at Emmanuel College, Assistant Director of Student Access, Transition, & Success at Purdue University, and Admissions Recruiter/Preview Day Coordinator at the University of Arkansas-Fort Smith.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and Writing from the University of Arkansas-Fort Smith and a Master of Science in College Student Personnel from Arkansas Tech University. Currently, he is taking courses toward a Ph.D. in Strategic Leadership and Administrative Studies at °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±¼Ç¼×ÊÁÏ.
